1. PLACING AN ORDER

Browse the Website and select your chosen Goods. Complete the Order Form in full and follow the instructions detailed on the Website.After completing and submitting the Order Form, you will receive an email confirming your order, with an order number on it. No agreement exists between you and Anubis Piercings until you receive this email. At any stage before submitting the Order you may click back through the screens and amend any details you have inputted and/or choose not to continue with the Order.

2. PAYMENT

The amount payable by you shall be the total price of the Goods and the applicable delivery charges. The total amount payable by you in respect of the Goods and delivery of them will be shown to you before you submit the Order. The acknowledgement of Order email will display your order number.Payment can be made by any using Paypal. Payment will be processed on the first working day after receipt of your acknowledgement of order email.

Terms of Service Laser Tattoo Removal

Set out below are the terms on which Anubis Piercings & Laser Tattoo Removal provides service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any Laser Tattoo Removal

Appointments and cancellations

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please call/text us on 07766881320 or drop us a message on our Facebook account. We understand that sometimes thing crop up so please let us know even if it is an hour before your appointment. In turn we will make every effort to contact you in advance if we are unable to keep your appointment.

Prior to your appointment you will receive an information pack via email. This will give you all the information that we will go through at your first consultation, and give you a chance to note any questions you may have that have not been covered.

Please arrive for your appointment on time and on your own if possible. You will be asked to wear PPE, if you do not have your own then masks and gloves will be provided. Hand sanitiser will be at the door as you come in.

Treatment suitability

We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. A patch test will be taken if you wish to go ahead with your treatment.

PLEASE NOTE: The initial consultation is free, if you wish to proceed and have a patch test we will ask for a deposit of £25 that will be deducted from your first session

Liability

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide us with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. All of this will be provided on the consent form (any health issues not on the list must be given at the time of consultation) A GP letter may be needed to continue with any treatment. We will not be liable for any damage illness or death that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by us regarding the care of a treated area, before or after the session.

3. DELIVERY

The total delivery cost for your order is displayed in Your Shopping Bag. Orders for delivery within the UK will be shipped on a standard service with Royal Mail and usually arrive within 3-5 working days once dispatched.Alternately you can pick up your order from our studio: 1 Bakery Court, Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire, LE65 1AN If the Goods have not been delivered to you 5 days after the latest date for delivery to your address you should contact Anubis Piercings at anubis.piercings@gmail.com
